This project was all about keeping things simple, efficient, and cost-effective—without compromising on quality.
The three apartment buildings were designed using concrete masonry and precast concrete walls, delivering durability while streamlining construction. Tray-dec floors provided a robust yet efficient solution, and shallow concrete raft foundations kept costs in check while ensuring solid ground support.
To handle the site’s elevation changes, we designed timber pole and concrete masonry retaining walls—practical, buildable solutions that got the job done without unnecessary complexity.
