This award-winning show home highlights DHC’s commitment to high-quality residential design, while successfully navigating unique architectural challenges.

The off-axis upper floor and architectural features required bespoke, cost-effective engineering solutions. Achieving a cohesive result required close collaboration between the client/contractor, architect, and our team. Despite the complexity of the form, the home achieves excellent indoor-outdoor flow, and the 225sqm layout is designed to balance privacy and natural light throughout.
