As part of the consultant team, we provided full civil design and construction monitoring services to help bring this landmark project to life without overengineering or overspending.

- Smart stormwater, wastewater, and subsoil drainage systems designed to meet Auckland Council and Green Star sustainability standards while remaining cost-efficient and low-maintenance.

- Targeted earthworks and road connections that efficiently tied the development into surrounding infrastructure, linking both north and south intersections with Jimmy Ward Crescent.
