DHC collaborated with CMP on the delivery of Munroe Lane, a novated design and build project comprising three residential towers atop a two-level inground basement. The development features a podium floor with outdoor planting, servicing mixed-use commercial and retail spaces, and basement levels designated for car parking, storage, and plant facilities.
Despite the challenges posed by COVID-19 supply chain disruptions, DHC worked proactively with CMP to optimize and adjust the design and accelerate delivery. The project was completed significantly ahead of schedule and on budget, earning recognition in the NZ Herald. This achievement underscores DHC’s ability to deliver innovative, efficient solutions under challenging circumstances.
